Questions, answered
Who is TrainPath for?+
Personal trainers, exercise physiologists and physios who coach clients over time and want programs, payments and progress tracking in one place instead of stitched-together apps.
Can I use my own branding and domain?+
Yes. Every coach gets a white-label public site and client portal running on your own colours, logo and wording, at your own address on trainpath.app. Bringing your own domain is on the roadmap, not live yet — so we have not put it in a plan you would be paying for.
How do payments work, and what do you take?+
Payments run through Stripe Connect and settle into your own Stripe account, which is where your payouts come from. You can take memberships, packages and one-off payments, billed weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually. We take 0% of what your clients pay you — no platform cut, no commission, no percentage. You pay Stripe’s standard processing fee and your TrainPath subscription, and nothing else to us.
Do I need my own AI account?+
Yes, and deliberately so. Every AI feature — meal-photo analysis, the coaching assistant, the program importer — runs on your own AI key, which you connect once in Settings. Usage bills to you directly at your provider’s prices and we take no margin on it. That is why there is no AI tier or AI add-on in our pricing: we are not reselling you tokens. Anthropic (Claude) is the provider supported today, with more to follow.
Do my clients need to download an app?+
No. The client portal works in any browser and can be installed to the home screen like an app — no app store required.
Is my data private and separated from other coaches?+
Yes. Every coach’s data is isolated at the database layer, so no one can see across accounts.
